Our family had grown a small business into a large regional enterprise. As a third generation company we were facing big decisions about what to do long term. That's when I first met Bill. We hired him to guide our family in navigating the complexities of family, business, and ownership.
Over the years our relationship continued to expand and when I stepped out of the family business to start Leaders On Fire, I soon found myself being invited into the great work Bill was doing with families. Today I am a managing director and licensed consultant.
What do we do? Family legacy workshops, succession and governance, and preparing the next generation to carry the story forward. We help families build a legacy that's still bearing fruit generations from now. Most leaders think in quarters. The families who leave a mark think in generations.
