Missional Leadership begins with a different way of seeing your life.
You are not merely building a company, leading a team, raising a family, or managing resources. You are living inside God’s larger redemptive story—and everything He has placed in your hands is part of that story.
A missional leader sees business, leadership, family, influence, relationships, and resources as an assignment. People to shepherd. Barriers to help remove. Gifts to call out. Responsibility to steward. A mission larger than personal achievement.
This is bigger than bringing your faith to work. It is learning to live and lead as a fully yielded ambassador of Jesus.
The question changes from:
“How do I get God to bless what I am building?"
to:
“What part am I called to play in what God is doing?”
I am still learning how to live that question.
Missional Leadership is the calling.
Going All In is the lifelong work of surrender required to live it.
Not a Leadership Style
Missional Leadership is not about adding faith to the way you already lead.
It is surrendering the whole of your leadership to Jesus—and allowing Him to redefine the mission, the methods, and the measure of faithfulness.
A Missional Leader lives and leads as a fully yielded ambassador of Jesus, stewarding everything God has entrusted to them for His purposes.

The Question I Can't Shake - Are we truly ALL IN or are we still holding something back?
Most of us want to follow Jesus and keep our options open. We want obedience, but we also protect our comfort, control, ambition, and plans. I have burned ships before—and discovered how easily I begin building new ones.
Going All In is not a single dramatic decision or a finish line we reach. It is the lifelong, daily work of putting Jesus back at the center and surrendering our business, leadership, family, resources, reputation, and future—wherever He leads, whatever He asks, and whatever it costs.
I am still learning what that means.

Returning to the marketplace did not give me tidy answers. It gave me a deeper way of seeing.
The setting may change, but the invitation remains: surrender again, serve Jesus where He has placed me, and live as His commissioned ambassador.
My Story
I am still learning what it means to live All In.
I married my wife, Bobbi, in 2000. Since then, our story has included music, family business, overseas missions, entrepreneurship, four children, a growing family with children-in-laws, and grandkids, and more turns than either of us could have planned.
After several years touring with bands and recording in Nashville, we returned home and joined our family business. I spent the next twenty years helping build and lead Wildman Business Group, and during that time purchased the company with three of my brothers-in-law and helping grow it regionally across multiple locations and almost 600 team members.
In the middle of those years, God led our family to Papua New Guinea to serve with Ethnos360. That season deepened our dependence on Him and reshaped how I understood calling, leadership, surrender, and the relationship between mission and everyday work.
When I returned to the marketplace, I carried a growing conviction: leadership is not merely influence. It is commission. Business, family, resources, relationships, and opportunity are all things God has entrusted to us for His purposes.
That conviction eventually became the foundation for All In and Leaders On Fire. Today, my work includes writing, speaking, teaching, coaching, and helping leaders wrestle with what it means to live and lead as fully yielded ambassadors of Jesus. In addition to that work I've become Managing Director and a consultant alongside Bill High and 7th Gen Consulting, helping families live missionally, stewarding their legacy and resources generationally.
I do not approach this work as someone who has figured it all out. I am still learning how to surrender control, steward what God has placed in my hands, and follow Jesus without reserve, retreat, or regret.
Outside of work, you will usually find me with Bobbi and our family, playing or writing music, traveling, chasing an adventure, or trying to finish another endurance race.
