My passion is helping leaders unleash their potential to live out their God-given wiring and purpose. I am on a relentless pursuit to bring a spiritual awakening and revival in the marketplace by raising up Missional Leaders who are committed to using their business and their sphere of influence to further the Great Commission. Here's how I got here...
I married my beautiful wife Bobbi in 2000. After a few years of touring on the road with different bands and spending time in the studio in Nashville, TN, we moved home to join our family business. Along this journey we have also been blessed with 4 amazing kids - Gracie, Malachi, Annie, and Levi, a daughter in law, Zori, and son in law, Braxton, and granddaughter Mylah.
I started my business career on the front lines building a new business diversification from the ground up. As the business grew I served in various executive roles during my 20 years within the parent company, Wildman Business Group. Along with 3 brother-in-laws we purchased the company in 2013 and have scaled it to a multi-locational enterprise with 7 locations and nearly 500 team members and are on track for continued exponential growth and regional expansion.
Our purpose at Wildman is to use the business as a vessel to positively change the lives of our team members and partners while generating purposeful profit to give towards life giving initiatives within the company, community, and around the world. Experiencing the impact of doing business this way ignited the desire within me to help coach other business leaders to steward their businesses in a missional way that makes a difference in the world and bring personal fulfillment and purpose to leaders.
Backing up a little bit, at about the 10 year point in growing the business God called me out of the market place into full time ministry. We (my wife and 3 kids at the time) moved to the jungles of Papua New Guinea to serve with Ethnos360 to help lead a mobilization program. Our time there was challenging, we learned a ton, and it was a very sweet and meaningful season in our lives. After about 3 years serving in PNG I was lead back to the family business with a new call to live out missions through business. Along the journey I also founded Generous Coffee with my friends Ben Higgins and Riley Fuller.
After 20 years in the family business I have been inspired and called to step away from my day to day role at Wildman Business Group in order to start a coaching company focused on Missional Leadership. In 2024 I created the Leaders On Fire brand and LoFi coaching platform. I now spend most of my time building and growing the organization and impact through coaching, consulting, speaking, writing, teaching, and leadership workshops.
I enjoy time with my family and friends, going on adventures, competing (or should I say completing) in endurance triathlons, traveling, playing and composing music, and through all things always try and live life through a missional lens living purposely and intentionally as an ambassador for Christ.
